This class is designed for puppies and dogs aged 6 months and over. This class will teach your dog basic manners such as walking nicely on the lead, recalls on long lines, sit, drop, stay and leave it.

Your pooch will learn to respond with distractions present. This class is also a great way to continue socialisation skills and interact with other people using positive techniques. We offer a semi-private class with a maximum of 6 dogs in one class.

All our 2008 classes are now full. We have started taking registration for the class starting in February 2009 so if you want to put your name down for this class, please download the Enrolment Form and send it to the address below. Have a nice summer break, please don't forget to always bring water for your dog when you are frolicking in the sun and don't ever leave your dog unattended in the car even for a minute! Heat stress is a killer!

Course duration: One hour and run over 6 weeks (week one is without dogs, theory only)
Start Date for 2009: Saturday, 7th February 2009
When: 9.30 to 10.30am
Where: SSC Oval, Balmain Rd, Leichhardt NSW 2040
Cost: $160 for six weeks (includes Pawfect Pooch non-woven bag, clicker, pet alert sticker and training manual)

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and wormed. Vaccination certificate must be sighted before the commencement of the class. The booking is on a first in first served basis. Because we had quite a few no-show in the past, your place in the class will not be guaranteed until you have paid for the course up front.
